Hi, I’m Pharm Rosemary Osuoha, founder of Me and You Pharma.
This platform was born during the chaos of COVID-19. While working in a Community Pharmacy in 2020, I saw just how difficult it was for people to get the medications they needed. That experience stayed with me.
Then it became personal.
As someone living with asthma, I once had a severe crisis. I had the money, but I couldn’t access the medication I needed. I genuinely thought I might not make it.
That moment changed everything.
I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I started Me and You Pharma with one mission in mind:
To make sure medication is accessible when it matters most.

I’m not just a Pharmacist, I’m a techie too.
I’ve been featured on major SEO platforms like Sitebulb, Women in Tech SEO, Majestic, and Hackernoon—helping brands grow through Search Engine Optimization.
Now, I’m bringing that same digital expertise into healthcare.

Pharmacist Ugwuleke Clement (Pharm CJ)
Partner, Me & You Pharma | Superintendent Pharmacist, Atidam Pharmacy
Pharmacist Ugwuleke Clement is a dynamic community Pharmacist and health advocate with more than a decade of experience in improving patient access to quality care. A proud graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Class of 2012), he currently serves as the Superintendent Pharmacist at Atidam Pharmacy, where he delivers personalized Pharmaceutical care, medication therapy reviews, and ensures that no patient is left behind in accessing essential medicines.
Clement is deeply involved in the leadership and progress of the Pharmacy profession. He has held several key roles within the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Amen Zone, Lagos, including: Assistant Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.), Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.), General Secretary, and Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2nd ACPN Amen Zone Business Summit. In all of these roles, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to Pharmacy advocacy and professional development.
Outside the Pharmacy, Clement is also a popular voice online, where he educates the public on safe medication practices, debunks drug myths, and simplifies complex Pharmaceutical topics via his Pharm CJ social media channels.
He is married to Pharmacist Uchenna and a proud father to Adanna and Nonso. When he’s not caring for patients or advancing the Pharmacy profession, you’ll find him engaging in political discourse, community service, and youth mentorship.
Pharmacist Robert Oladeji
Partner, Me & You Pharma | Founder, Chronos Care Pharmacy
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Pharmacy, Robert Oladeji brings a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and consistency to the Me & You Pharma team. A graduate of the University of Lagos (Class of 2012), Robert has built a reputation for delivering accessible, patient-first care across both urban and underserved communities in Nigeria.
He currently leads Chronos Care Pharmacy, where he provides clinical consultations, medication therapy management, and Pharmaceutical care rooted in excellence. His work doesn’t stop at the counter; Robert is known for going the extra mile,whether it’s jumping on calls with patients, coordinating nationwide medication deliveries, or offering tailored guidance to ensure patients receive timely, safe, and effective treatment.
At Me & You Pharma, Robert serves as a foundational partner, offering strategic and clinical insight to help bridge the gap between patients and accessible pharmacy care.
Beyond his professional life, Robert is a passionate teacher and mentor. He enjoys educating young people and patients alike. He is married to fellow Pharmacist and CEO of Chronos Care Pharmacy, Olapeji Folasayo Oladeji.
