Pharmacist Ugwuleke Clement—widely recognized as Pharm CJ—is a dynamic community pharmacist and health advocate with more than a decade of experience in improving patient access to quality care. A proud graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Class of 2012), he currently serves as the Superintendent Pharmacist at Atidam Pharmacy, where he delivers personalized pharmaceutical care, medication therapy reviews, and ensures that no patient is left behind in accessing essential medicines.

Clements is deeply involved in the leadership and progress of the pharmacy profession. He has held several key roles within the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Amen Zone, Lagos, including:

• Assistant Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.)
• Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.)
• General Secretary
• Chairman, Planning Committee for the 2nd ACPN Amen Zone Business Summit

In all of these roles, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to pharmacy advocacy, professional development, and organizing platforms that empower community pharmacists across Lagos.

Outside the pharmacy, Clement is also a popular voice online, where he educates the public on safe medication practices, debunks drug myths, and simplifies complex pharmaceutical topics via his Pharm CJ social media channels.

He is married to Pharmacist Uchenna and a proud father to Adanna and Nonso. When he’s not caring for patients or advancing the pharmacy profession, you’ll find him engaging in political discourse, community service, and youth mentorship.
